JUDGMENT OF THE WICKED SERIES

DAY 14: SATURDAY OCTOBER 14. 2023.

TODAY’S INSPIRATION: PSALM 17V6-10.

“⁶ In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, even into his ears.

⁷ Then the earth shook and trembled; the foundations also of the hills moved and were shaken, because he was wroth.

⁸ There went up a smoke out of his nostrils, and fire out of his mouth devoured: coals were kindled by it.

⁹ He bowed the heavens also, and came down: and darkness was under his feet.

¹⁰ And he rode upon a cherub, and did fly: yea, he did fly upon the wings of the wind.” (KJV)

INSPIRATION NOTE:

Pasalm 17:6-10 highlights the concept of God’s justice system. In these verses, the psalmist expresses trust in God’s righteousness and calls upon Him to defend the righteous against their adversaries. The passage underscores the belief that God is just and will deliver justice, ultimately vindicating those who seek His guidance and righteousness.

PRAYER:

Heavenly Father,

We come before You, recognizing Your justice and righteousness. As we meditate on the words of Psalm 17:6-10, we seek Your guidance and protection.

In the face of adversaries and injustices, grant us unwavering faith and the assurance that You will uphold justice on our behalf. Grant us strength to trust in Your righteousness and deliver us from those who seek to harm us.

We surrender our worries and fears to You, knowing that You are the ultimate judge and defender. May Your justice prevail, and may Your will be done in our lives.
