DAILY INSPIRATION Tuesday September 26. 2023.

SEPTEMBER SCRIPTURE: MICAH 2V12-13.
THEME: “THE PROMISE OF DELIVERANCE”

DAY 26: TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 26. 2023.
TODAY’S INSPIRATION: EZEKIEL 37V3-7.
“3 And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest.
4 Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.
5 Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live:
6 And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
7 So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone.” (KJV)
INSPIRATION NOTE:
In Ezekiel 37:3-7, God’s promise of deliverance is vividly depicted through the prophetic vision of the valley of dry bones being brought back to life.
This passage serves as a powerful metaphor for the restoration of the nation of Israel, signifying God’s ability to breathe life into hopeless situations.
In connection with Micah 2:12-13, which speaks of God gathering His people and leading them to safety like a shepherd, these verses emphasize God’s unwavering commitment to rescue and restore His chosen people, providing hope and reassurance of His faithfulness throughout history.
PRAYER:
Heavenly Father,
We come before You, acknowledging Your power to bring life to the dry and hopeless places in our lives. Just as You breathed life into the valley of dry bones in Ezekiel 37:3-7, we believe that You can revive our weary souls and deliver us from our afflictions.
Lord, we trust in Your promise of deliverance and restoration. In times of adversity and despair, remind us of Your faithfulness and Your ability to transform the most dire situations.
Help us to hold onto the hope that You bring, knowing that You are a God who keeps Your promises. Strengthen our faith and grant us the peace that comes from placing our trust in You.
In Jesus mighty name we pray. Amen.
